PVC Foam Sheet
PVC FOAM board is becoming the substitution of wood in many fields such as AD and Decoration and Furniture. It made through foaming and pressing into shape with additives. The main material is PVC. So it covers not only features of wood plats, but also very light and can be printed, engraved easily.
PVC Foam Sheet
- Low thermal conductivity, good insulation
- Resistant to chemicals and corrosion
- Absorbs vibration and oscillation
- Weather resistant
- Low absorption of water
- Low flammability
- Highly suitable for printing and foiling
PVC Foam Sheet
- It can be processed by drilling, sawing, nailing, planning and bonding
- It can be in Hot-Forming, Hot-Bending and Hot-Folding
- The surface is very smooth and suitable for printing
- It can be welded and bonded with other PVC materials
Standard or Fire-Proof Panels?
The default panels we use for the manufacturing of our systems, are the “Regular Panels”. If your project requires “Fire-Proof Panels”, then please make sure you request that at the beginning of your order procedure.
